Pursuant to the Shareholder Management Service Contract No.15/2016 / DVCK-SSIHN signed between International Consumer Product Investment Joint Stock Company and Saigon Securities Incorporation – Hanoi Branch dated on 26 / 12/2016;
International Consumer Product Investment Joint Stock Company (“ICP”) respectfully informs Shareholders about the authorization for Saigon Securities Incorporation – Hanoi Branch (“SSI”) on behalf of ICP. Performing the following tasks related to the Shareholder Management of ICP:

2. Scope of work The Shareholder Management SSI will perform on behalf of ICP:
(a) Manage the list of ICP shareholders;
(b) Manage and confirm the transfer of share ownership of ICP shareholders in accordance with the provisions of law, Charter and/or Regulation on transfer of shares of ICP;
(c) Notifying and receiving registration of the right to purchase, confirming the assignment of the call option in additional issuances and other rights related to the ownership of ICP shares;
(d) Confirm the blockade, release of shares owned by ICP shareholders according to the written request of ICP shareholders or according to the provisions of the Charter and/or Regulation on transfer of shares of ICP or by decision of a competent state agency;
(e) Exercise rights to shareholders according to ICP’s notice: pay dividends, make a list and send invitations to shareholders to attend ICP’s General Meeting of Shareholders, to collect written opinions of ICP shareholders;
(f) Print and issue certificates of share ownership to new shareholders in additional issuance or to existing shareholders in cases of re-issuance/change of shareholder certificate number as prescribed by law;
(g) Deduct all taxes related to ICP shares transactions in accordance with the law;
(h) Manage the white book of shareholders ICP (book draft) in accordance with the form of ICP and the specific Shareholders’ Books but shareholders have not yet received it.
(i) Update on stock transactions and periodic/extraordinary reports on the List of Shareholders, structure, number of received/not received Certificate of Share ownership certificate, the number of the unused White Shareholder Book, the amount of dividends issued/not issued as required by ICP.
